UFO Highway in Lajas, Puerto Rico Near the Landfill
Who knew? Turns out Puerto Rico is considered one of the world’s hot beds for UFO sightings… or at least UFO enthusiasts. Is Chupacabra a “goat sucker”, an alien (i.e. the kind from space not the Dominican Republic), or both?
Whether or not you believe in UFOs (unidentified flying objects) or any of the claims from the field of ufology, one thing is for certain: UFOs can be a real $$$ cash machine.
I personally do not, but some quick Google searching made me quickly believe that Ufology can generate a nice source of income online, either from ad revenue or by sale of products such as eBooks on the topic, etc.
Three names quickly (and frequently) came up in the search engines. It seems like the winners are Lucy Guzman of ovni.net, Jorge Martin, and Andrew Alvarez. These are all Puerto Rican based entrepreneurs, who earn revenue from their sites either from ads (such as Google AdSense) or sales of products related to UFOs (i.e. Omnis) or other paranormal topics.
Keep in mind: I have *not* said they are not the real deal, either UFOs or these entreprenuers. To me, that part is irrelevant. My focus in actually in congratulating them on cornering a niche market. I would be interested in finding out how much money they actually make?
A general rule of thumb is if it keeps getting worked on, someone is making money at it. Lucy Guzman in particular is very impressive. You will find her name and links to her site all over the Web. This would indicate she’s very good at SEO (search engine optimization), marketing, or both!
I am not going to provide direct links to their sites at this time. However, I am going to email them and invite them to post their comments on this blog entry. So it will be interesting to get some feedback from these leading experts/entrepreneurs in the Puerto Rican UFOlogy market.

- Puerto Rican Research Group

- UFO’s Investigation Center of Puerto Rico
