Not only Cabo Rojo is dealing with the non-service of water from Agueducto, The Water Company in Puerto Rico, but so is the town of Quebradillas. For 4 consecutive months there has been almost no running water at all! I have repeatedly called the water company and the only response I get is that they are fixing, updating or experimenting with the water supply! How can this be? How can an island leave a town without running water the entire day and day after day? There's almost never any water in the mornings and in the evenings it is nonexistence. Does anyone care? Where is the help from the Clean Water Act or any government agency regarding this horrific abuse? Since when is water a luxury? I'm beginning to understand why the death rate is so high in this land - there's never any water!! No water to cook, bathe, clean nor use. How is it that Puerto Rico's water company has received so much financial funding to improve its service, but yet not a drop comes out the faucet? Can someone, anyone explain this madness to me?! I WANT WATER -I'm not asking for a handout, just simple ole running water so I can survive!!
