Pirate Blogger "Scurvy Dog" Touring Puerto Rico for Alternative Travel Experience

No – this is not about another Sato scavenging the beach for garbage (or other 1/2 dead Satos)… to eat.

“Scurvy Dog” is a pirate blogger scheduled to arrive in Puerto Rico this coming Wednesday, combing the island to capture a different kind of experience, including the seedier side of island culture, with nothing off limits:

My Blog will not be your typ­i­cal dia­tribe about the island’s great beaches, its superla­tive golf courses or its health spas which attract the rich and famous.  Those are things we already know about Puerto Rico. None of that will be fea­tured here.  With one caveat– if I camp out at a beach, I will report about the experience.

Send him some must-experience recommendations via his blog. Although nothing is off-limits, part of his stated focus is on food, music, culture, and history.

It’s somehow interesting to note that he’ll be arriving from Alaska.
