Among those shot, a pregnant woman and a 9 year old child. Fortuno visited the victims for some PR, and a likely empty vow of tracking down the murderers.

One can only wonder what would happen if one of these guys (Law Abiding Citizen’s) suddenly materialized to combat the drug trafficking, AK-47 wielding, gang bangers.

Puerto Rico is out of control…..People on the enchanted Island constantly say the US is worse off in Murders….Well lets compare PR with the biggest city in the US. NYC with a population of closed to 12 Million had approximately 480 murders last year 2009. While the enchanted Island which holds about 4 million people had about 900 murders in 2009. Highest murder rate than any other city in the US. This island is out of control, a corrupt government, prohibition of drugs seems to keep the island afloat and bunch of people who have accepted this is the way of life…….I can’t see this island becoming a state!!!! Here is the formula for all the above….Puerto Rico’s per capita income is around….$13,000…while the cost of living is in the top five of the US…..
