Oil Refinery in Puerto Rico Explodes, Continues to Burn
Explosion at an oil refinery near San Juan has caused a large fire and billowing clouds of black smoke.
Fires are still burning at Caribbean Petroleum Corp, a storage facility that stores jet fuel and gasoline.
No word yet on whether the explosion was caused by laid off government workers, or God finally taking vengeance on the Paradise Lost.
Perhaps one of the gang bangers upgraded his AK47 to a rocket launcher to gain a competitive advantage in the new Puerto Rico, 2009 and beyond.

FBI are investigating some graffiti referencing the explosion:
“Boom, fire, RIP, Gulf, Soul, ACNF.”
No indication of whether is was made *before* or *after* the explosion. They might want to keep that in mind. However, ACNF, is probably going to get a little attention one way or the other.
