On Friday, October 3rd, 2008 on the highway 100 heading towards Boqueron, the driver of a white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup (similar to the one pictured on the left), despite being right in the middle of the approximately 3pm traffic, decided to roll down the window and throw out a crumpled up brown paper bag.
News to driver: Puerto Rico has a trash problem already, and we do not need someone like you adding to it. Take your trash home and dispose of it properly.
I will be filing a police report. If they follow up, then it's your problem. So deal with it.
- Your license plate # was 820 245.
- Your vehicle was a white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, with dark tinted windows, and a roll bar on the top that also said 1500.
The above along with your plate # will be enough to identify your home location registered with the DMV, so that you can be issued with a citation should the police choose to follow up on what myself and another witness observed you do.
The vehicle was moving to the Combate/Lajas region, following the 100 and was last seen passing the Boqueron intersection. The driver *may* be a resident of this region, but the license plate # will easily determine this information.
Shameful. I insist on making my kids pick up gum wrappers if they drop them, and an adult driving a nice big truck hasn't even learned this lesson themselves yet.
