The flea markets or pulgueros in Puerto Rico are a strong black market industry of small, self-organized vendors where you can find just about anything at one time or another. In fact, finding pirated/bootleg movies and CDs was never very difficult in Puerto Rico, sometimes seeing illegal roadside stands right out in the open.
